In the UK, we generally refer to a right handed stick being held on the right hand side of our body. When purchasing from this website and your are choosing your 'Hand' option, this is how it is loaded to the store. If you hold your stick on the left side of your body with your Right Hand on top then this is the Left option. If you hold yout stick on the right side of your body with your Left Hand on top then choose the Right option.
If you are new to the sport or looking to try a different Flex in your stick. An easy way to judge, as a general rule, what flex to pick is to use your body weight and height. i.e. if you weigh 85kg and are 185cm tall, a stick with a flex around 85 is a good place for you to start.
